1. Use of the Service

ScriptPacer provides a web-based script timer, editor, and teleprompter overlay helper. The service is provided completely free of charge, with no registration required.

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the performance or security of the website.

2. Intellectual Property & Ownership

You retain 100% intellectual property ownership of all scripts, text, and data you type or import into ScriptPacer. We claim zero rights, titles, or licensing options over your scripts.

The software, layout design, branding, and academic guides are the intellectual property of ScriptPacer and are protected by international copyright laws.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

ScriptPacer is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. While we strive to ensure 60fps teleprompter performance and highly accurate timing estimates, we do not warrant that the service will be completely error-free or uninterrupted.

We are not responsible for any lost scripts due to browser cache deletions, localStorage clears, or system failures. We strongly encourage creators to export their scripts as `.md` or `.txt` files for secondary backups!

4. DMCA / Copyright Policy

The content, design, and code of ScriptPacer are protected by international copyright law.
